We charge by the day which includes the day of arrival and departure. All payments should be in cash or by personal cheque made payable to "Parkwood Cat Hotel".

About Parkwood Cat Hotel
For the health and safety of all cats we only accept cats that have been spayed or neutered and have ''in date'' inoculation certificates for Feline Enteritis and Influenza. Pet Insurance is included in the price and covers veterinary services to a maximum of £850 (provided the problem is not a pre-existing condition).
In the unlikely event of a cat developing an illness during its stay, every effort will be made to have the cat seen by its own Veterinary Surgeon. However if this is not possible we do have the services of qualified Veterinary Surgeons within a 10 minute drive.

We cater for a wide range of diets, stocking all leading brands of soft/dry foods. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated if notified in advance.
Please note this does not include prescription diets. For Parkwood customers only, we are also able to provide certain cat foods and accessories at discounted prices - your requirements can be discussed at the time of booking.
We are also able to administer medication, including Insulin injections, at no additional cost. All cats are monitored throughout their stay and we regularly take the time to talk to and befriend them.
